Visit Jamaica: The pit masters at Scotchies - a popular roadside bbq stand - have definitely perfected the art of jerk chicken. They smoke up to 350 chickens a day, along with giant slabs of pork and sausage, so adoring fans like me can get a taste of that authentic island flavor.
